HISTORY
The Hollywood Horror Foundation began as an outgrowth of the Hollywood Science Fiction Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in August 2012 to restore the Paramount-built Star Trek Next Generation and Original Series display bridge sets. Hundreds of stories on TV, radio, and the internet have featured the Foundation, including NBC, CBS, CNN, FOX, A&E, USA Today, SPACE.COM, Engadget, Geekosystem, SyFy Blaster, CBC, Mythbusters Tested and Star Trek Magazine. The Sci-Fi and Horror Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr includes over 100,000 supporters from all over the world. Many sci-fi and horror legends have helped including William Shatner, Bruce Campbell, Robert Englund, Benedict Cumberbatch, Karl Urban and George Takei.
Their Facebook page recently surpassed 13 million visitors in one week.
